SEBRING, Ohio – Officials from the Mahoning County Land Bank, Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. and the village of Sebring marked progress on a new affordable housing project funded through the Welcome Home Ohio program.
The initiative includes the construction of 19 new homes across Mahoning County, including a single-family house underway in Sebring. The project is a joint effort between the land bank, YNDC and local officials to redevelop vacant lots and expand access to affordable homeownership.
