“We are excited that 2026 will allow us to work on a few more schools, Brunswick elementaries, Applewood and Kidder as well as finishing up ones started in 2025,” Lavorini says.
Lencyk will work on two new Firestone Red Brick Commons buildings, Antonine Village Phase III and Mahoning Valley Historical Society repair.
In 2025, through the Business Advisory Council/Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio, the company teamed up with many local school districts and presented the masonry trade to students in a hands-on capacity.
“That was exciting to witness how young minds absorb new options to possible careers,” she says. “We ramped up our own preapprentice training class and were able to introduce and pretrain bricklayer apprentices before they stepped out on to the job site, with a sample environment at our warehouse. We are positive about our results and plan to continue this in 2026.”
