LIBERTY – An office building at 4981 Belmont Ave. has been sold for $1.5 million, according to records filed with the Trumbull County Auditor’s office.
Accessible Home Services Inc. purchased the building from Marwhet Land Co. Ltd. On Oct. 17, records show. Previously, MVI Holdings LLC owned the building until it sold to Marwhet in 2023 for $917,000, data show.
Accessible Home Services has since used the location as its main headquarters. The company provides services to adults with disabilities. These include adult day programs, transportation services, nursing support, homemaker personal care, nutritional services, and home modification and adaptation.
The company has offices in Monroe Falls and Ashtabula. Accessible Home Services also has day program locations in Alliance, Ravenna, and two in Austintown – one on Raccoon Road and another on Kirk Road.
