YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Michael Kusalaba Library on the city’s West Side is being renovated to become a certified Family Place Library, offering expanded resources and programs for parents and young children. The redesign will feature open spaces, play areas and enhanced support for family learning and community connection.
