NILES, Ohio – A Canfield developer has purchased a commercial complex at the corner of Youngstown-Warren Road and state Route 46 for $6 million.
The transaction includes four multitenant buildings and nearly 6 acres, said Terrill Vidale, a principal at G.T.G. Capital.
“We believe in this Valley,” Vidale said. “We grew up here, went to school here and have business here.”

Vidale said the buildings total 55,000 square feet and have 22 tenants, including Nothing Bundt Cakes, Wingstop, Little Caesars, Total Wireless and Shaffer Rare Coins. There is also additional space for lease, he said.
The deal closed March 27, Vidale said. “We’re really excited about it. The Valley is dear to our heart, and we will continue to invest and develop here,” he said.
In 2024, YAK Capital Group, an affiliate of Vidale’s, acquired the Shoppes at Niles plaza at 5700 Youngstown-Warren Road for $4.4 million.
In 2023, Vidale spearheaded the construction of the $3.2 million Prosper Centre at 755 Boardman-Canfield Road in Boardman.
