HERMITAGE, Pa. – Growth, collaboration and meaningful social impact marked the past year at Looped Solutions, and CEO Kara Wasser forecasts more expansion in 2025.

The Hermitage, Pa.-based technology company, formerly OhanaLink Technologies, launched its first mobile app in 2020 to connect families and friends during health-related events.

The company then responded to a need for advocates to assist their clients safely and privately on mobile devices. It collaborated with agencies that support victims of domestic violence to introduce Looped Fusion Purple in 2022. The app is being used in 14 states.

“Even if victims are being tracked or monitored on their devices, the company creates cross platform solutions that reimagine traditional communication and engagement among individuals, networks and communities,” Wasser says.

To date, Looped Fusion Purple  has onboarded 69 agencies and 442 advocate users are using the platform to connect with clients. The app has 1,482 survivor users and recorded 9,502 user sessions, according to Wasser.

“We know that victim service agencies are facing increased demand with limited resources,” she says. “That’s why integrating safe technology into daily processes is about giving agencies the ability to serve more victims, more effectively, without creating advocate burnout or sacrificing privacy.”

Looped Solutions is focused this year on broadening its market. “With critical milestones ahead, including closing our seed round and preparing for the next stage of growth, we are well-positioned to create transformative change for survivors and advocates alike,” Wasser says.
