YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – PNC Bank recently announced the promotion of James “Jimmy” Lorenzi to associate relationship manager, corporate and institutional banking.
Based in Youngstown, Lorenzi will be responsible for supporting commercial and corporate clients by delivering treasury management, lending, capital markets and other financial solutions that help businesses achieve their strategic and growth objectives.
Lorenzi has a diverse background in leadership, business development and relationship management, as well as more than two decades of experience helping businesses, employees and communities achieve their goals. Most recently, he served as an assistant vice president and branch manager for PNC, where he led one of the region’s highest-performing banking centers and was recognized for his leadership, commitment to client service and talent development.
Throughout his career at PNC, Lorenzi has played an active role in coaching colleagues, supporting business banking strategy and fostering strong client relationships. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Lorenzi is deeply committed to community involvement and financial education. He actively supports Inspiring Minds of Youngstown, where he works with young entrepreneurs to provide guidance on business strategy, operations and analytics. He also helps develop and coordinate financial literacy programming for students and their families.
Through PNC’s partnership with Youngstown State University, Lorenzi has participated in financial literacy workshops and roundtable discussions for both domestic and international students. He has also collaborated with the 21st Century Community Learning Centers programs through the university’s Office of Community Engagement to deliver financial education resources to local school districts.
Lorenzi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in human resources from Walden University and has completed numerous leadership and professional development certifications throughout his career.
