MERCER, Pa. – The Lawrence Mercer Manufacturers Coalition’s fall membership meeting will take place from 7:30-10 a.m. Oct. 7 at the Mercer County Career Center.
The meeting will include coalition updates and an introduction to two key initiatives: Manufacturing Readiness, a four-week pre-apprenticeship program for entry-level production roles with Butler County Community College, and Talent Factory, a new youth initiative launching this fall to raise career awareness and give manufacturers earlier access to talent.
Coalition members, educators, workforce partners and community members are encouraged to attend the meeting.
