YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Sylvester Frazzini says the mission at American Business Center goes beyond business – it’s about service, leadership and giving back to the community.
Frazzini shared how military values continue to guide the company today, from commitment and accountability to supporting fellow service members returning to civilian life. The business proudly operates as a veteran-owned organization, partnering with local veteran groups and the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve and offering programs such as a U.S. flag retirement initiative, ensuring worn American flags are properly and respectfully disposed of at no cost to the public.
Frazzini credits the Marine Corps for shaping his leadership style and purpose. “The military gave me discipline, decisiveness and a duty to serve others,” he said, noting those principles now define American Business Center’s culture and its role in the community.
