CANFIELD, Ohio – Mahoning County Career & Technical Center senior cosmetology students will host their annual Hair & Nail-A-Thon fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the school’s full-service salon.
All salon and spa services will be available for $15 each, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the Cosmetology Student Activity Fund. This fund helps defray the costs associated with the Ohio State Cosmetology & Barber Board licensure exam, supporting students as they prepare to enter the beauty industry.
Appointments are available between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. and can be made by calling 330 729 4000, ext 1309. Walk-ins are also welcome as time permits.
The MCCTC cosmetology program provides hands-on training in hair, skin and nail care, preparing students for state licensure and careers in salons, spas and related industries.
