YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Roetzel & Andress recently announced that Kevin P. Murphy has joined the firm’s Corporate, Tax & Transactional Group as a shareholder in the Youngstown office.
Murphy has experience in advising businesses and business owners on a broad range of corporate, transactional, real estate, employment and litigation matters. He serves as outside general counsel to numerous midsize businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, fast-casual restaurant franchise and real estate industries, providing legal counsel that supports clients’ day-to-day operations and long-term business objectives.

Murphy has long been active in professional and community leadership. His service includes the Packard Park Board of Trustees, the Huntington National Bank Advisory Board, the Community Improvement Corporation of Warren, the Ohio State Bar Association Commission on Judicial Candidates and multiple terms as president of the Trumbull Country Club.
He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Dayton.
