Nadler Nadler and Burdman Joins Brouse McDowell Firm
AKRON, Ohio – Brouse McDowell, a regional law firm with offices in Akron, Cleveland, and Lorain County will expand its reach to Canfield as a result of new partnership with Nadler Nadler and Burdman.
Nadler attorneys Peter B. Grinstein, Michael A. Gallo, Jay M. Skolnick, Marc S. Stein, Timothy M. Reardon, Edward F. Smith, Kevin L. Bradford, and Matthew G. Vansuch, will join Brouse McDowell as partners in that firm effective Dec. 1.
The firm will operate under the Brouse McDowell name and business will continue as usual at the Seville Drive offices in Canfield.
“We are excited to be partnering with such a well-respected firm in the greater Youngstown area,” said Brouse managing partner, Marc Merklin, in a statement.
Nadler was established in 1917 in Youngstown by Murray, Saul, and Charles Nadler and relocated to its Canfield office in 2013. The firm brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing, real estate and construction.
“Our clients have experienced extraordinary growth, resulting in a demand for services in specialty and sub-specialty areas of the law that we could not fully support,” said Tim Reardon, a partner at Nadler. “It was crucial for the Nadler firm to create an allegiance with a firm that held complementary disciplines, clients, and culture – and we found that combination in Brouse McDowell.”
