YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Nelly concert scheduled for Sunday at the Covelli Centre has been rescheduled for Dec. 11.
The Covelli Centre’s website attributes the rescheduling to “unforeseen circumstances.”
It says all previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date, urging ticket holders to hold on to their tickets. It adds that no further action is needed to attend the rescheduled performance.
For those unable to attend the new date, refunds will be available through the original point of purchase for 30 days following this announcement.
“We appreciate fans’ patience and understanding and look forward to welcoming Nelly to Youngstown this December,” the center’s website says.
Nelly is a rap-R&B artist whose hits include “Hot In Herre.” He headlined a Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre show in 2021 that drew a record-setting crowd to the venue.
