WARREN, Ohio – Sales of new vehicles to residents of Mahoning, Columbiana and Trumbull counties declined 14% in April compared with year-ago numbers, according to the latest report from the Greater Cleveland Automobile Dealers’ Association.

Dealers across the region sold 2,560 new cars and trucks for the month, compared with 3,002 in 2025, the report noted.

Boardman Subaru reported the most new vehicle sales with 189; Ken Ganley Kia Boardman sold 135; #1 Cochran Buick GMC, Boardman, reported 118 new vehicle sales; #1 Cochran Honda Boardman reported 114; and Klaben Ford Warren reported 112.

Used vehicle sales also declined in April compared with last year. Dealers reported they sold 2,199 used cars and trucks during the month, compared with 2,271 sold in April 2025, down 3.1%.
