YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Sales of new vehicles to residents of Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties increased when compared with the same period in 2023, data show.
According to the Greater Cleveland Automobile Dealers’ Association’s report for November, consumers living in the tri-county area purchased 1,975 new cars and trucks during the month, a 4.3% increase from the same period the previous year.
Dealers logging the most sales of new vehicles for the month were Boardman Subaru with 150; Greenwood Chevrolet, 90; Fred Martin Ford, 86; and Ken Ganley Boardman Kia and #1 Cochran Buick GMC, with 84 sales each.
Used vehicle sales were down for the month, the organization reported. Buyers in the three counties purchased 1,680 used vehicles during the month, a decline of 5.8% compared with November 2023.
