YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – RL Smith Graphics, a longtime presence in the Mahoning Valley signage industry, has been acquired by a group of local investors and will soon rebrand as RL Signs & Graphics.

Plus, Taylor-Winfield Technologies Inc. has acquired substantially all assets of George A. Mitchell Co., a Boardman-based manufacturer known for its push pointers and metal forming equipment, the company announced Tuesday.

And a Texas-based company has purchased a warehouse and adjacent vacant lot on Pine Avenue for $1.8 million, according to Trumbull County property records.
