NORTH JACKSON, Ohio – A Jackson Township company bought a South Salem-Warren Road property for $1.1 million.
Leonard Brothers LLC, 12800 Leonard Parkway, bought the BlueJay Business Center, with the sale closing Sept. 30, according to online records of the Mahoning County auditor’s office. The business center includes warehouse space as well as Don Booth Plaza.
The property at 213-263 S. Salem-Warren Road, located near Leonard Truck and Trailer Inc., is about 4 miles from XPO Logistics, Ultium Cells and the TJX Distribution Center, according to a listing on LoopNet.com.
