NORTH LIMA, Ohio – The building that houses the Willow Woods Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at 9625 Market St. has sold for $2.4 million, according to data from the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office.
Records show that North Lima 44 LLC acquired the building and accompanying 6.6 acres Sept. 9 from 9625 Market Street Propco LLC. Documents filed with the Ohio Secretary of State lists Tara Thy as an authorized representative of North Lima 44.
The care center was constructed in 1960, according to auditor records. Data show that 9625 Market Street Propco bought the complex in 2022 for $3.5 million.
