NORTH LIMA, Ohio – Property occupied by Hunter Lift Ltd. has been sold for $1.3 million.
Apres Capital Ohio RE LLC, which lists an address in Hamburg, Pa., purchased the light manufacturing property at 11233 South Ave. from Hunter Lift Holding LTD. The property includes 2.52 acres and three buildings, totaling 12,200 square feet.
Apres Capital registered to do business in Ohio in January as a Delaware corporation.
Hunter Lift “specializes in the design, engineering, and manufacture of lifting devices, custom crane attachment equipment, primarily for the steel industry,” according to the company’s website.
The Mahoning County Auditor’s website shows that Hunter Lift Holding acquired the property in 2012 for $605,000. An employee who answered the phone at Hunter Lift on Wednesday said the company will continue to operate.
