YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Oak Hill Collaborative will celebrate the ninth annual Digital Inclusion Week, led by the National Digital Inclusion Alliance, by hosting 26 events across Mahoning, Trumbull and Ashtabula counties.

Digital Inclusion Week, a national week of awareness, recognition and celebration, honors the efforts of communities and organizations who are dedicated to bridging America’s digital divide. OHC has been an affiliate of the National Digital Inclusion Alliance since 2017.

“Here at the Collaborative, we celebrate Digital Inclusion Week to recognize the need for increased opportunities to bridge the digital divide by highlighting the variety of classes and workshops we offer to the public across the Mahoning Valley,” said Patrick Kerrigan, executive director of OHC.

Twenty-two of this year’s events hosted by OHC are free and open to the public. OHC’s main branch at 507 Oak Hill Ave. will offer various workshops each day during the week. Some of the topics include a 2025 Scam Report covering popular online scams, a Basics Bootcamp to help beginners get accustomed to laptops and an Intro to Web Design and HTML.

OHC is also partnering with local agencies such as Goodwill, OCCHA, Thrive 10:10, Oak St. Health, YWCA and Connect Your Community to host computer workshops across the Mahoning Valley for Digital Inclusion Week.

Four additional workshops will be privately hosted at sites in partnership with Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority, Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority and Ashtabula Metropolitan Housing Authority.

All public workshops and classes are free to attend. For more information, call 330 406 0731.
