WARREN, Ohio – Ohio voters will not decide a proposed constitutional amendment restricting large data centers this November after organizers are unable to meet a deadline to qualify for the 2026 ballot. The campaign, Conserve Ohio, said it will continue collecting signatures with the goal of placing the measure before voters in 2027.
