Oktoberfest at the Diamond will return for its 11th year with a new location at 7 17 Credit Union Field at Eastwood.
The annual event will feature 10 regional breweries offering seasonal beers and new releases, along with German-inspired food, live music and activities.
The Youngstown Saxton Band will perform German music during the event. Other activities will include grape stomping, a stein-hoisting competition and face painting for children.
This year’s festival moves to 7 17 Credit Union Field after previously being held at another location. Organizers said the larger venue will provide additional space for the event while maintaining its traditional activities.
Oktoberfest at the Diamond also serves as a fundraiser for the Trumbull County Historical Society. Proceeds will support the organization’s efforts to preserve and promote the county’s history.
