NEW CASTLE, Pa. – PA CareerLink Lawrence County, 101 S. Mercer St., Suite 101, will host a job fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday.
More than 20 employers and training providers will be on hand conducting open interviews, answering questions and assisting job seekers with applying for open positions at their companies. No appointment is necessary, and the event is free to attend.
“We are excited to bring employers and job seekers together and to continue our long-standing partnership with local employers and training providers,” said Colleen Chamberlain, site administrator for PA CareerLink Lawrence County. “We look forward to a successful day for all attendees.”
Job seekers are advised to dress for an interview, bring an updated resume and have their login information available for the PA CareerLink website, as they will be expected to complete a digital intake questionnaire upon entrance to the job fair. PA CareerLink staff are available to assist job seekers with resetting passwords; writing, updating and/or printing their resume; job search assistance; and improving their interviewing skills.
