Palo Creative Expands with Acquisition of Marketing Firm

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Palo Creative announced Tuesday that it has acquired the assets of DanBailey.com and has added more than 25 clients, signaling a significant expansion in its clientele and market footprint.

The acquisition officially closed July 1, a news release states.

The acquired company, based in Atlanta, has specialized in providing clients nationwide in the optical lab industry with custom website design and development, video production, content development, general marketing, collateral pieces design and other digital technology solutions.

“We are committed to providing Mr. Bailey’s clients with the reliable website service and support they are accustomed to while also offering our expertise with other marketing services, like digital marketing and SEO,” said Rob Palowitz, president and CEO of Palo Creative. “We look forward to cultivating long-lasting connections with these new business owners, managers and founders as we look to further our growth in another specific industry vertical.”

Palo Creative’s experience in the optical lab industry, dating back to 2015, will provide Dan Bailey’s clients with specialized expertise and insights, the release states.

“Retirement will be bittersweet as I will miss all the great relationships made within the optical industry over the last 20-plus years,” Bailey said. “That said, in preparation for the changeover of the business, the team at Palo has impressed me, and I know I am leaving my friends in good hands.”
