WARREN, Ohio – Mahoning Valley real estate and lending experts say the region’s housing market remains tight, with rising home values and limited affordable inventory for first-time buyers. At The Business Journal’s Housing and Mortgages Roundtable, panelists cited high construction costs, aging housing stock and few downsizing options for older homeowners as ongoing challenges.
