NILES, Ohio – During a panel at The Business Journal’s Next Gen Leadership Forum, local leaders addressed how to engage multiple generations in the workplace.
Rod Wilt, executive director of the Penn-Northwest Development Corp.; John Demmler, president and CEO of 717 Credit Union; ShoMoré Wright, social media and event coordinator at Trek Coffee House; and Katie Seminara-DeToro, executive director of Oh Wow! The Roger & Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology, gathered for the May event at the Eastwood Event Centre.
They talked about the importance of organization, continuous learning, community involvement, reading, curiosity and self care.
