CANFIELD, Ohio – Flying High Inc. marked its 30th anniversary with an event focused on gratitude, reflection and the organization’s ongoing commitment to serving individuals through workforce training and support services.
Jeff Magada, founder and executive director, emphasized that the celebration was not solely about the organization’s longevity, but about the people and partnerships that made it possible. He reflected on Flying High’s beginnings as a youth mentorship program rooted in sports and character development and its evolution into a workforce development agency focused on training, behavior change and career readiness.
Magada also announced the launch of Shining Gems Development Corp., a new initiative focused on workforce housing, and plans for a 60-foot expansion of the organization’s training facility due to increased employer demand.
