GIRARD, Ohio – Patriot at Home has been recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs as a Superior Performer for providing high quality service to its patients.
Patriot achieved an overall patient experience score that ranked in the top 20% of all eligible Strategic Healthcare Programs clients in 2025, a news release states.
The annual SHPBest award program was created to acknowledge home health agencies that consistently provide high quality service to their patients. The 2025 award recipients were determined by reviewing and ranking the overall experience score for more than 3,200 home health providers.
“Providing excellent patient care takes relentless effort, and our SHPBest award winners embody that every year,” said Jason Ballet, president of Strategic Healthcare Programs. “This program lets us recognize the organizations that never settle, that keep improving the patient and caregiver experience even when they’re already performing at a high level. That kind of commitment deserves to be celebrated.”
For Patriot at Home, the recognition reflects an ongoing commitment to providing high-quality care and a positive experience for patients receiving care in their homes. Earning a place among the top 20% of eligible Strategic Healthcare Programs clients nationwide highlights the work of Patriot’s home health team and its continued focus on the patients and communities it serves, the release states.

The recognition follows Patriot at Home being named the No. 1 home health agency in Ohio by Newsweek.
