As part of its mission to improve people’s health, PDMI launched several programs in 2025 to help its growing staff operate in a highly regulated environment.

The Poland, Ohio, company welcomed 37 new employees in technical, operational and client-support functions. It now has 170 team members working from home offices in 16 states.

Its new programs focused on the development of both new and old employees, says Beth Ann Tabak, communications manager.

Most notable was the Team Development series, a new six-month learning program that enhanced individual leadership capabilities. The series was nationally recognized by Open Sesame, an e-learning program, for its innovation in driving workplace change. It was named a national runner-up in the Sesames awards program.

“What an honor it was to achieve national recognition for this program,” says Allana Bowman, PDMI’s training specialist. “We strive to offer our team intentional, balanced learning that supports them at every level.”

PDMI last year also implemented a new learning management system, Docebo, to facilitate industry-required training.

A new Entrepreneurial Operation System was also added. It aligns teams, solves issues at the root, and develops consistent progress toward goals.
