Pecchia Communications enters 2026 with a strategy to grow its clientele in the Mahoning Valley and build on its success with national customers.

The Canfield, Ohio, firm marked 20 years in business with a $20,000 donation to the Big Reach Center of Hope, a food ministry in Greenford. Other activities included a social media campaign featuring highlights of the firm’s history, along with the publication and distribution of a broadsheet recapping “20 great years.”

“Most of the 90-plus organizations we’ve served over our 20 years are based here or have some tie to this market, and we remain committed to serving this region and the local economy,” says Dan Pecchia, president.

Pecchia’s change management business had a banner year in 2025. Corning Inc., a global glass manufacturer based in Corning, N.Y., and Safelite Auto Glass, a national windshield repair service based in Columbus, Ohio, relied on Pecchia for communications strategy and materials as it rolled out new technology to employees. In December, the firm began a new change management engagement with a large government client.

“Demand for communications to support these major technology investments continues to grow and we’re well positioned to land these large projects,” Pecchia says.
