WARREN, Ohio – Cowboy hats and line dancing set the tone Thursday at the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Phoenix Awards, a country-western-themed event at The Corinthian honoring top regional businesses and organizations.

Plus, the Youngstown Foundation remains focused on its century-old mission of supporting nonprofit organizations throughout Mahoning and Trumbull counties, with priority given to the city of Youngstown.

And a newly funded initiative will provide small business development assistance in the city, following Board of Control approval Thursday.
