BOARDMAN, Ohio – A Lockwood Boulevard plaza has been sold for $1.6 million.
Online Mahoning County Auditor’s Office records show that Mill Creek Properties LLC, 3629 Glenwood Ave., Youngstown, bought the plaza at 7095-7105 Lockwood from Mill Creek Investment Inc. The sale is dated Dec. 31.
Mill Creek Plaza Dry Cleaners, Shirt Wizard, Stop N Go and Fast Trac are among the businesses located in the plaza, which was built in 1981.
Mill Creek Investment had owned the plaza since 2011. There is no purchase price listed on the auditor’s website for that sale.
