BOARDMAN, Ohio – Pryor Learning LLC, backed by Dallas-based private equity firm Trive Capital and Epic Partners, has acquired PeopleKeys Inc.
The acquisition of PeopleKeys, located at 8392 Tod Ave., expands Pryor’s capabilities to offer DISC assessments and benchmarking analytics as part of its training and learning curriculum, a news release states.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004 by Sandy Kulkin and Brad Smith, PeopleKeys provides behavioral assessments, analytics, certifications and consulting services that support hiring, upskilling and organizational development.
PeopleKeys offers behavioral assessments specializing in soft skills and the unlocking of potential workforce strengths. It has assessed more than 1 million users using specialized assessments such as DISC, Teams, Values and Behavioral Attitudes to enhance self-awareness, improve communication and supplement the hiring process, the release states.
