AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors recently announced the continuation of its partnership with Hondros College to provide pre-licensing real estate courses in 2025.
The collaboration will provide aspiring real estate professionals with in-person pre-licensing courses at YCAR’s headquarters, 132 Westchester Drive. Classes will be held from 8 a.m. to 5:35 p.m. Monday-Thursday from May 5-22.
The courses are designed to meet state of Ohio requirements and provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the real estate industry.
