YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and Magnet will honor Redex Industries, maker of Udderly Smooth skin care products, with the 2025 Excellence in Manufacturing Award at this year’s Economic Forecast breakfast.
The event will take place from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Nov. 5 at the Eastwood Event Centre.
Founded in 1978 by a registered pharmacist, Redex is a multigeneration, family-owned manufacturer that has combined pharmacist-led formulation with disciplined manufacturing to deliver affordable, high-performance moisturizers trusted by health care professionals, workers, athletes and families worldwide.

Also during the event, Dr. Christine Alexander-Rager, MetroHealth president and CEO, will receive the 2025 Valley Champion Award. Before becoming MetroHealth’s top executive in 2024, Alexander-Rager, a Youngstown native, served as its interim chief physician and clinical executive.
The keynote speaker for the event is Brett Ponton, chief executive officer at Servpro Industries. Ponton has three decades of experience in delivering profitable growth, including 20 years at distributed service organizations and as CEO in adjacent sectors at both public and privately owned franchise enterprises.
Chad Oviatt, chief investment officer and senior vice president, wealth management at First National Bank, will also speak during the event. Oviatt oversees First National Trust Co.’s investment strategies and portfolio management and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. He has more than 25 years of financial services experience.
