YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s Board of Directors has named 15 new members, as well as officers, for 2025, and reappointed four members to new terms.

The new board members are:

  • Thomas Benyo, vice president of sales and marketing at Brilex.
  • Barry Bhola, CFO of Trumbull Energy Center.
  • John Demmler, president and CEO of 717 Credit Union.
  • Barb Ewing, CEO, of Youngstown Business Incubator.
  • Gary Hauck, president of Vallourec Star LP.
  • Steven Jones, CEO of Steven Jones Agency.
  • Joe Koch Jr., vice president of Joe Koch Construction Inc.
  • Erik Liber, president of HSH Drywall LLC.
  • Joe Lukich, platform director of Ohio division at #1 Cochran.
  • John Masternick, president of Windsor House Inc.
  • John McNally, attorney, general counsel for Boak & Sons Inc.
  • Doug Rende, president and CEO of Shapes Unlimited Inc.
  • Mike Repetto, senior director of NA EV business at Foxconn.
  • Greg Toporcer, president of Discover Global/Top Property Holdings.
  • Mark Wenick, chief wealth management officer at Farmers Bank Group.

Officers for 2025 are:

  • Chairman: Matt Blair, attorney and partner at Blair & Latell Co. LPA.
  • Immediate past chairman: Michael Schrock, senior vice president and human resource manager at Huntington National Bank.
  • First vice chair: Scott Fleming, president of Aim Transportation Solutions.
  • Vice chair: Jeanne Mosure, vice president of public affairs/regional director of NEOH at MS Consultants Inc.
  • Vice chair: Jackie Stewart, vice president of external affairs at Encino Energy.
  • Treasurer: Mark Wenick.

Directors reappointed to new terms are:

  • Joe Cameneti, lead pastor at Believers Church.
  • Bob Davis, president and COO of Aqua Ohio.
  • Sabrina Jones, vice president of Academy for Urban Scholars Youngstown.
  • Paul Olivier, vice president of Akron Children’s Hospital Mahoning Valley.
