Regional Chamber Moves D.C. Fly-In to Stambaugh

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber will host its annual D.C. Fly-In as a hybrid event at Stambaugh Auditorium with speakers appearing both in-person and digitally.

The full-day event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 17. Confirmed guests include U.S. Send. Rob Portman and Sherrod Brown, U.S. Reps. Tim Ryan, Bill Johnson and Dave Joyce, and Air Force Reserve Commander Lt. Gen. Richard Scobee.

To meet social distancing guidelines, the event will be limited to 50 attendees, with no more than two people per table. Some meetings with guests will be held in-person, while others will be virtual.

“After one massive stimulus package passed, with a second one on the way, as well as ongoing work in defense and transportation appropriations, the timing is perfect for the Valley’s business ambassadors to help ensure we get our fair share,” the Regional Chamber’s Guy Coviello said in a statement.

Registration for the D.C. Fly-In is $100 per person with late fees applying after Sept. 9. Tickets can be purchased HERE.
