HERMITAGE, Pa. – Giving back has been part of Reinhardt’s Agency Inc.’s mission since the company was founded in 1904. This summer, that tradition is continuing through the 1904 Giving Initiative, a new program dedicated to supporting local causes.
Through Aug. 31, Reinhardt’s, located at 3775 E. State St., is donating $10 for every personal auto insurance quote generated through its Quotes for a Cause campaign. The initiative allows clients and community members to help support local organizations simply by requesting a quote.
The inaugural beneficiaries of the 1904 Giving Initiative are the Shenango Valley YMCA youth flag football program and the Buhl Park junior golf program. Funds raised through the campaign will help provide young athletes with opportunities “to grow, compete and succeed,” a news release states.
The initiative was founded and is co-directed by Logan Tyson and Ethan Tyson, both rising seniors at Hickory High School. Logan, a member of the golf team, and Ethan, a member of the football team, are passionate about supporting local student-athletes and giving back to the community that has supported them.
