YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley will host its annual Benefit Banquet on Feb. 20 at Waypoint 4180 in Canfield.
This year’s fundraising event will feature two seating options, offering both a breakfast and a dinner.
“Due to continued growth in attendance and strong interest from our supporters, we are offering two seating options this year,” said Lynn Wyant, CFRE, chief development officer at the rescue mission. “Providing both a breakfast and an evening dinner allows more members of our community to participate in a way that best fits their schedules, while ensuring we can accommodate everyone who wants to support the mission’s work.”
The event will feature testimonies, updates on the rescue mission’s work and stories highlighting the impact made possible through community support.
“The annual benefit dinner is a cornerstone event for our organization,” said John Muckridge III, CEO and president of the rescue mission. “It brings our community together to celebrate what God is doing through this mission and helps ensure we can continue sharing the love and hope of Jesus Christ with those we serve.”
