AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – A restaurant and parts supplier bought a Victoria Road industrial warehouse and office building for $1.4 million.
Mahoning County property records show Jenyk Enterprises of Mallard Court bought the building and parcel at 366 Victoria from R & M Realty Co. The transaction was posted Monday.
“We plan to do manufacturing as well as part sales,” Jonathan Jenyk said.
Jenyk Enterprises operates at 180 and 182 Victoria. Jenyk said the company’s new space, which was built in 1977, must be renovated before the business moves in. He may rent out the 180 and 182 Victoria locations after the move.
The company bought those buildings in 2020. It previously operated out of Jenyk’s home.
The site spans 4 acres and includes a 41,560-square-foot storage warehouse and a 2,500-square-foot office building.
“It’s restaurant parts and restaurant equipment,” he said “We do wholesale and retail, and we have an international location in the United Kingdom as well.”
He said the pandemic helped the business.
“Pizza is one of those items,” Jenyk said. “I guess no matter what, people are going to always order it.”
