CANFIELD, Ohio – A retail plaza directly across from the Westford Lifestyle Community has sold for $950,000, according to records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office.
The plaza at 4010 Boardman-Canfield Road was appraised by the auditor’s office at $771,630 and was purchased by GMS Mahoning LLC from PLGR Enterprises Inc. The legal representative for GMS Mahoning is listed as A Sebastiani, according to records from the Ohio Secretary of State.
The plaza houses a Pella Windows showroom and sales office and an insurance business. A tavern, Forty10 Bar & Grille, was anchored at the site but closed last year.
