SALEM, Ohio – Salem Regional Medical Center announced its affiliation with the long-standing family practice of Dr. Jay R. Lugibihl.
As of March 9, the practice at 29627 State Route 30, Kensington, will be part of SRMC Medical Group and renamed SRMC Primary Care – Kensington.

The practice provides a full range of primary care services, including wellness care and prevention, sick visits for acute illnesses, management of chronic diseases such as diabetes or hypertension, immunizations and physicals.
