SALEM, Ohio – A building at 1285 Quaker Circle at the Salem Industrial Park has been sold to an international food production company, according to records filed with the Columbiana County Auditor’s office.
Lasenor USA LLC purchased the building and 2 acres of land from Fastener Solutions Inc. on Oct. 21, data show.
Lasenor, based in Barcelona, Spain, is a global food-products manufacturer and does business in approximately 100 countries, according to its website. The company formerly operated a site at 600 Snyder Road in Salem, but an internet search shows that the operation is permanently closed.
The Columbiana County Auditor’s office appraises the Quaker Circle building at $229,200 for tax purposes.
