YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Santa Shuffle will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 6 at 11 downtown bars and restaurants.
Each stop on the crawl has named a charity that will benefit from all purchases.
The event, now in its 14th year, drew 345 shufflers in 2024. It expects to draw at least that many this year, according to Kelly Morocco of Heels and Wheels Entertainment, which presents the event.
The goal of the Santa Shuffle is to get people downtown to make purchases and support the local charities, Morocco said.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the Draught House, 219 W. Federal St. Half of the purchase price is given to one of the charities chosen by the stops, with the choice made by the purchaser.
Each shuffler gets a card that is stamped by each bar after making a purchase there. Participants must get a stamp from all 11 stops within the allotted time to receive a free upper tier raffle basket ticket.
There is also a smaller basket raffle in the morning at the Draught House.
The Santa Shuffle stops are the Draught House, V2 Wine Bar and Trattoria, Ryes Craft Beer and Whiskey, Mocha House, Avalon Downtown Pizzeria, Varsity Club, Sandbar and Grill, Octave Live Music Cafe, West 34, Imbibe Martini Bar and Yonder Brunch and Vibes.
