HERMITAGE, Pa. – The Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with Dale Carnegie Training of Central Pennsylvania to provide a leadership training program for managers.
The leadership sessions will help managers learn the principles of motivating employees to do their best work, master planning processes, learn to define and align performance goals, implement delegation and recognize the potential in others.
The seven-session training opportunity will be held at the Linden Pointe Innovation Business Campus, 3580 Innovation Way. Each session will run from 8-11:30 a.m. the first Wednesday of every month from March through September.
The cost is $2,195, and registration is available through the Dale Carnegie website. The fee is nonrefundable after the second session. New nonmembers will receive a free membership in the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce, a $250 value.
