YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Stambaugh Auditorium will host a Christmas Madrigal dinner and shows Dec. 7 performed by Tapestries of Ohio, Inc.
Dinner will be served in the Anne K. Christman Hall, featuring roasted pork, herb-crusted chicken, potato medley, wild rice blend and strawberry rhubarb crisp. Beverages will be provided and a cash bar will be available.
Tickets for both the 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. performances are $40.
Tapestries of Ohio is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational and entertaining activities in the Mahoning Valley. Members of Tapestries are volunteers who give of their time and talents throughout the year to produce quality Madrigal dinner performances.
Madrigals are a form of dinner theater with roots dating to the Renaissance. Usually comedic, the play is performed with songs introducing each course.
