CANFIELD, Ohio – More than 50 middle school students participated in a three-day STEM camp this week, hosted by Mahoning County Career & Technical Center and Valley STEM+ME2 Academy.
The program introduced sixth through eighth graders to a range of technology and engineering skills, from soldering and wiring to robotics and CNC machines.
Organizers say the camp is designed to spark interest in potential careers by offering hands-on experience with tools and software used in modern manufacturing and engineering fields.
