Synergy Comp is entering a new phase of strategic growth with the appointment of Bryan Bogardus as chief operating officer. Bogardus is overseeing the development of the company’s footprint in western Pennsylvania and other eastern states.
The creation of the COO role marks a significant milestone for the Sharon, Pa., company, which specializes in workers compensation and compensation. It will strengthen its leadership structure and execution capabilities, says James First, marketing coordinator. It will help the company shape its long-term vision and create a roadmap for sustainable growth.
In his role, Bogardus will lead operational strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across teams while driving efficiency and scalability.
