SHARON, Pa. – Synergy Comp spent 2024 laying the groundwork for growth. After a year dedicated to upgrading internal technology, reevaluating target markets and returning to its roots, the company is prepared to make substantial strides forward, says Lew Kachulis, president.

Its decision to appoint a new vice president of underwriting was a strategic move to drive growth in new market segments. “The goal is to expand geographically and maintain the high standards of service and safety solutions that have defined Synergy Comp,” says Kachulis.

As such, Synergy Comp plans to focus on expanding its presence in several Southern states, including Tennessee and North Carolina. Additionally, the company is securing licensure in five new states: Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee and New York. This will enable Synergy Comp to extend top-tier workers’ compensation solutions to more businesses.
