YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Taylor-Winfield Technologies Inc. announced Wednesday that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Haven Manufacturing Corp.
Haven Manufacturing, based in Brunswick, Ga., has delivered innovative, high-performance tube and pipe cutting solutions to customers across numerous industries for more than five decades, a news release states.
Taylor-Winfield is a leading manufacturer of advanced material joining, tube processing, induction heating and automation systems. The acquisition of Haven Manufacturing represents a significant strategic investment by the company, further strengthening its position within the pipe and tube processing industry while expanding its product portfolio, aftermarket support capabilities and customer reach, the release states.
“Haven Manufacturing has built an exceptional legacy of engineering excellence, customer commitment and innovation within the tube processing industry,” said Kyle Benyo, vice president and general manager of Taylor-Winfield Technologies’ Pipe and Tube Processing Group. “By bringing Haven’s products and expertise into the Taylor-Winfield family, we are preserving that legacy while creating new opportunities for growth, innovation and enhanced customer support.”
Matt Ciavarella, former Haven Manufacturing sales and marketing manager who has now joined Taylor-Winfield, expressed confidence in the transition.

Existing Haven machinery owners will continue to receive comprehensive aftermarket support, including replacement parts, technical assistance, service support, rebuild programs and modernization opportunities, the release states.
